I thought I'd try out that thing Joe has been doing over at his blog (http://www.joekarg.blogspot.com/). I'll probably try more of these, cuz I don't think I got the gestural quality of his. Looks more like big blobby pixels or something.

Cool beans Andrew. I'm sure you learned a lot about color and value doing this exercise. Isn't it surprising just how many different colors you find in your face? It's good to see you pushing it man.

It was odd using green and purple on parts of my face, so I definatley learned something. I think i'm gonna do some of my friends faces with this for more practice. I'm definatly going to use a bigger brush though. Those tiny dots were time consuming and i lost the gestural quality that yours have. practice, practice, practice....
