"W" is for Wisp

It turns out there's a reason why RPGs have will o' wisps and jack o' lanterns interchangably as enemies with big flaming heads. Back in the 17th century the phenomenom of a flaming ghost thingy was called both or something... i dunno. Go look it up.

"V" is for Viral

Creature idea for Spore. Doesn't look like a virus, but they spread like one...

Life Drawings Finaly

These are the least crappiest of my life drawings from the last two sessions. Next weeks will hopefully be better. I still don't really get how to use my scanner because i had a few more, but they don't come in dark enough to see. Anyways, more of these (and better ones) next week.

'U' is for Undivided

Some kinda warhammer demon, warped by the magic of chaos undivided.
Fixed his arm, it was way too wimpy.

'T' is for Thriving

and the redo:

'S' is for Scraps

Figured out a good way to use the gausian blur without totaly ruining the coloring. I'll be playing with this a bit more. I would have posted some life drawing (the few that weren't terrible) but I dont have my scanner hooked up yet.

Space Goat cont.

A while back I posted a green space goat thing, and here it is in 3d. Still a work in progress, but, it's getting there... slowly.

'R' is for Rechargable

It's robot time. I will probably rework this guy. I like the idea of the power source/hat thingy. I'll make it look more like one of those shogun hat things, whatever its called. Plus those hands are weird. The feet too.

'Q' is for Query

With age comes wisdom... and green skin? I'll be posting more over the weekend now that im not completely swamped with school, work. I've got life drawings, a new character model, and some other random stuff.

'P' is for Panther

I can't beleive I actually got an animal. What are the chances of that? Probably pretty high, actually. Anyways, I did an upside down panther-esque monster thingy instead of your generic panther.

'O' is for Oracle

Finaly had some time away from maya, and by that I mean I got sick of maya and needed a break. Anyways, here is a weird bird thing looking deep into his blue

New Mutha Feckin Computer

I really wanted to do all the letters in a row, but Ireally had to post this. I got me a brandspanking new computer. The best part, aside from the fact that the computer itself rocks my socks, is the price tag. It came to $ 1337.23 .... 1337 !!!!1!!one

What the hell are the chances of me getting a leet computer? On a side note, I should have 'O' and 'P' up by tonight.

'N' is for Necro

I'm trying as hard as i can to get this alphabet done as soon as possible. But, I've been working ahead in modeling instead. So, the rest of the alphabet will be between 30 mins and 1 hr MAX. Hopefully i will have the rest up over the weekend.
I did this in b+w because i hadnt yet. Plus the word (prefix) necro reminded me of the necron guys from warhammer 40k. crazy robot skeletons...

'M' is for Morbid

This one took a while. Mainly cuz I had to restart a few times, it kept looking too much like a lion, when it is supposed to be more of a wolf. Anyways, I did this drawing for someone on a forum. I liked the little description he put up, so I drew it.

'L' is for Lacuna

1. A blank space; a missing part; a gap.

2. (Biology) A small opening, depression, or cavity in an anatomical structure.

I think the line drawing lost something when i colored it in, so i'll post both.

'K' is for Kite

Turns out kite is a type of bird, same family as the eagles and hawks. There's no red ones though, but i used to have a red kite. Never used it, but it rocked none the less.

'J' is for Jargon

Some math jokes in here. Gawd ima nerd...

'I' is for Ignorance

I'd say i'm getting pretty lucky since i haven't randomly picked a crappy word yet. It's gonna suck when i get something like existential or metaphorical or some crap. anyways:

'H' is for Hollow

OK, i'm really diggin this method. I don't have to lose my origonal drawing, but the color shows through just fine. Big thanks to Bryan for putting up his digital sketches!
not so much hollow as he is a clear fish thing...

'G' is for Ghastly

I was looking at Bryan's sketches and i really liked how he painted underneath his construction/drawing/pencil lines or whatever. So, i'm gonna totaly steal that since the way i'm doing it now is kinda sucking. Maybe the next couple will be better.

'F' is for Fahrenheit

i landed on fahrenheit and immediatly thought of ray bradbury's book, so heres one of the firemen.
