Just playing around with Modo's tools a little more :D
Strangely enough, Xnormal REFUSED to open the diffuse map for this guy to convert it into normal map. Crazy bump had issues too.... Weird...

Don't use "progressive" JPGs.
They're very conflictive. A lot of programs have problems reading them. It might be that.
Hee hee. That's the kind of thing that makes me wish I had learned 3d modelling.
